Francis Pang-ay Fagkang of Sadanga, Mt. Province, who placed 4th in the 2014 Criminology Board Exams, emerged as the Top 2 of the Philippine National Police Academy MARAGTAS Class of 2018.

Jess Torres Agustin of Kabayan, Benguet, who also placed 4th in the 2013 Criminology Boards, followed Fagkang as the batch’s Top 3 cadet.
