Paul Brian Tulioc Baldoza, Batch 2019 of UC College of Arts and Sciences, is the script writer and director of the short film ‘Miguel’ which has won first place during the Fillum International Storical and Short Film Festival 2021.

A film that has touched the hearts of its audience in silence, ‘Miguel’ is a story of a struggling deaf boy in a world he deems unkind and a mother’s unconditional love for her son with special needs.

Paul Brian is the only participant coming from the Philippines in the Top 20 Finalist, Short Film Category.
