Dr. Christian T. Pascual, Director of UC’s Institute of Innovative Learning and International Cooperation, joins the 75th Anniversary of the establishment of the Philippine-United States Diplomatic Relations.

The partnership has paved the way for UC to join educational exchange initiatives such as the distinguished Fulbright Scholarship Program, of which Dr. Christian was a grantee from 2017 to 2019.
