Dr. Steven Muncy, UC 71st Commencement Speaker, is a 2021 Ramon Magsaysay Awardee for his years of passionate service in human welfare and peacebuilding.

He is a defining symbol of the triumph of will, of vision, and of heart for bringing out transformation across Asia for the common man.

UC has conferred the Degree of Doctor of Humanities Honoris Causa to Dr. Muncy on the 30th of August, 2017.
