Amkor Technology Inc., one of the world’s largest providers of outsourced (OSAT) semiconductor packaging, design, and test services, recruits graduating UC students in ITCS, Computer and Electronics Engineering for Amkor Technology Philippines (ATP) Apprenticeship Program.
“The Amkor engagement helps our Graduates by exposing them to real-world work conditions,” said Engr. Nelson D. Notarte, Dean of UC CEA.
Citing the effects of the pandemic to employment, Jeffrey S. Ingosan, Dean of UC CITCS, said that strengthening industry linkages proves that UC “remains unwavering in upholding its commitment to enhancing its students’ employability by offering degree programs that meet the needs of the industry.”
Mr. Erwin De Guzman, ATP HR Talent and Recruitment Lead, conducted a virtual screening and orientation to qualified UC students on September 16, 2021.
