Being centrally located in Baguio City, the University is in close proximity to parks and a number of points of interests such as session road, the Cathedral and SM City Baguio, it is also adjacent to numerous student housing options, offering an advantage for those seeking affordable and easily accessible residences.

The institution advocates for eco-friendly commuting by recommending accommodations close to the campus. Students consulting the Student Affairs Office about housing alternatives are guided towards the best choices available. A significant preference among students is to find lodgings within walking distance of the campus. The Guidance Facilitators provides advice on student housing through informed suggestions, emphasizing nearby, walkable options.

In addition to affordable accommodation, the University set targets for more sustainable commuting. The University has allocated seven slots for bicycle parking and fifty tree slots for motorcycle parking. Bicycle parking is free while motorcycle parking costs a minimal fee of twenty pesos. To facilitate these, the university has Policies and Guidelines in Operations and Maintenance of UC parking Facilities to make sure that the students and employees are safe and secure.
