UC’s Project H.E.L.E.N. inks MOA with its adopted community, the Blessed Community of People with Disability Incorporated (BCPI), on November 28, 2022.

The MOA aims to institutionalize holistic and integrative community development programs that shall empower the less fortunate towards self-reliance, in partnership with private and government sectors.

The activity is followed by a Strategic Planning session to identify future community projects.
