The Department of Tourism – Cordillera Administrative Region, in partnership with UC CHTM, conducted a three – day training on the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) for 154 UC hospitality and tourism students from February 16 to 18, 2023.

The FBSE training program was intended to create and maintain a tourism workforce that would offer exceptional quality services of globally competitive standards while creating and upholding strong customer relationships.
