The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Cordillera certifies Dr. Thelma D. Palaoag as a trainer of the Design to Improve Life: The Compass Project by the DTI Philippines, DTI – Design Center of the Philippines, and the Index Project.

As a certified trainer, she upskills people in designing to improve life, ensures pipelines of good solutions for the future, and redefines “design from a commercially driven discipline to one made to enrich the quality of people’s lives.”

Dr. Thelma is the current Director of the UC InTTO, Project Leader of (TARAKI) Cordillera, and Lead for the Regional Inclusive Innovation Center ATTRACT – Cordillera.
