The training aimed to accelerate and sustain the community-based programs of UC’s academic colleges and Project Health, Education, Livelihood, Environment, and Nurturance (Project H.E.L.E.N.).
“As a steady presence in their community, academic institutions have the potential to bring different sectors together for a common cause… Ang collective talents at expertise nila ay malaking bahagi ng tagumpay ng ating mga programa.
