Luis JB Balagtey, Grade 10, UC Integrated School, clinches 3 gold and 2 silver medals in the swimming competitions of the Cordillera Administrative Region Athletic Association Meet 2023 held in April 2023 in Baguio City.

His feats are the following:

A. Gold Medalist out of 8 competitors in the 5OM Backstroke Competition,

B. Gold Medalist out of 8 competitors in the 4×100 Medley Relay,

C. Gold Medalist out of 8 competitors in the 4×100 Freestyle Relay,

D. Silver Medalist out of 8 competitors in the 100M Backstroke Competition,

E. Silver Medalist out of 8 competitors in the 200M Backstroke Competition.

Luis JB will represent the region in the Palarong Pambansa in July 2023.
