The team of Ryzel Erin G. Felizo, Synne Jim S. Navalta, and Carl Justin B. Masedman, BS Information Technology students, is among the 10 StartUp Finalists who will advance to the National Finals of the 8th Philippine StartUp Challenge (PSC). The team will represent the Cordillera Region in the event slated in December 2023.

Their startup project, “Para Po!”, a jeepney-centric mobile navigation application, is among the 629 entries from 158 schools and universities nationwide. “Para Po!” also won the Best Video Pitch during the competition’s Semifinals Round.

The 8th PSC is spearheaded by the Department of Information and Communications Technology – ICT Industry Development Bureau.
