Congratulations to Dr. Jasmine Sibayan, an alumna of UC College of Teacher Education (CTE), for being recognized as the Most Outstanding Teaching Personnel for Region I in the 2024 Gawad Lam-ang Awards by the Department of Education (DepEd) – National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP).

Dr. Sibayan, who earned her MA in Education in 2019 and PhD in Education in 2023, was honored for her exceptional contributions to education.

The award ceremony took place on October 9, 2024.
