UC student nurses with registered nurses who were alumni of the UC College of Nursing (CON) provided medical service during a medical and dental mission organized by Philex Mining Corporation in Camp 3, Tuba, in December 2024.

The mission aimed to promote health and well-being in the local community, providing essential services such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) screenings, Pap smears, cervical cancer screenings, and other medical services.

UC Youth and Adolescent Sexuality and Health Hub, a student organization under UC CON, conducted informative lectures on vital health topics including non-communicable diseases, HIV, Dental Health, and Triage Procedures.
