Laarnie M. Tininggal, a Grade 12 student enrolled in the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) track at UC Integrated School, emerged as the Champion in the Dagliang Talumpati competition during the Provincial Eliminations of the University of the Philippines (UP) Namnama Sirib ken Saririt.

Tininggal’s victory secures her spot in the Regional Finals, which will take place in Ilocos Sur.

The competition was held on January 11, 2025, at UP Baguio.
