Four BS Computer Engineering students from UC College of Engineering and Architecture emerged as Champions in the 2025 Regional CpE Challenge – Programming Competitions, sweeping all programming categories.

• Jalian Evangelista: Python Programming

• Jamasia Elopre: C Programming

Sponsored by CodeChum, the competition challenged participants to solve complex programming problem sets within a limited time, outsmarting contenders from other universities in the Cordillera Administrative Region offering the BS Computer Engineering program.

The event was held on January 10, 2025, at UC.

With this victory, the champions advance to the National CpE Challenge, where they will represent the region later this year.
