A team of second-year Computer Engineering students from UC College of Engineering and Architecture, Van Joseff Facun, Darlene Jae Bueno, and John Louie Rosana, emerged as champions of the 2025 Regional CpE Challenge – Breadboarding Competition held on January 10, 2025.

The competition brought together students from various universities across the Cordillera Administrative Region offering BS Computer Engineering programs. Participants were challenged to design, implement, and troubleshoot a logic circuit based on specific technical parameters, testing their practical skills, creativity, and teamwork in digital design.

The UC team stood out for their efficient circuit implementation, securing not only the championship title but also the honor of representing the region at the National CpE Challenge later this year.
