BS Nursing students from UC College of Nursing demonstrated their research prowess, clinching top awards in various categories, at the 16th Manila Doctors College of Nursing Research Congress, on February 21, 2025, in Manila.

Jomel B. Dumlao and Polly Sharon C. Fulangen won 1st place in Stream 4 with their research, โ€œA Qualitative Exploration: Experiences of Mothers Who Decided to Return to Schooling,โ€ guided by Ms. Ervina Luisa D. Campus.

Ashley Apple P. Abes and Novy Anne O. Onongen secured 3rd place in Stream 1 for their study, โ€œLicensed Nursesโ€™ Viewpoints on the Possibility of Collaborating with Clinical Care Associates,โ€ under the mentorship of Mr. Gilbert D. Bernardino Jr.

The event gathered over 700 participants from across the Philippines, emphasizing the growing commitment to evidence-based nursing practice and innovation in the field.
