The UC Career Center conducted an Employment Coaching and Labor Education session on March 4 and 5, 2025, for graduating students across all academic colleges, equipping them with essential skills and strategies to explore the job market.

Topics covered included workersโ€™ rights and obligations, the significance of Collective Bargaining Agreements, general labor standards, and the Safe Spaces Act and Anti-Sexual Harassment policies.

Participants also learned about industry trends, employment challenges, and emerging career opportunities, preparing them for a successful transition into the workforce.
