The UC Career Center conducted an Employment Coaching and Labor Education session on March 4 and 5, 2025, for graduating students across all academic colleges, equipping them with essential skills and strategies to explore the job market.

Topics covered included workers’ rights and obligations, the significance of Collective Bargaining Agreements, general labor standards, and the Safe Spaces Act and Anti-Sexual Harassment policies.

Participants also learned about industry trends, employment challenges, and emerging career opportunities, preparing them for a successful transition into the workforce.
