UC students, staff, and faculty members participated in a thought-provoking discussion titled โCase In Pointโ that focused on the legal and human rights implications of former President Duterteโs International Criminal Court (ICC) lawsuit over alleged extrajudicial killings on Aprill 11, 2025.
The event featured prominent speakers, including Atty. Kristina Conti, ICC Assistant to Counsel, and Rise Up for Life and for Rights, who clarified the ongoing legal battle and addressed disinformation surrounding the case. The forum aimed to create informed public discourse on justice, accountability, and human dignity.
The discussion was organized by the Movement for Accountability, Truth, Change, and Human Dignity.
