Constancio K. Balbin Jr., BS Nursing, Class of 2007, continues to make impactful actions in healthcare, education, and community development. With a career spanning leadership in nursing education, quality assurance, and community outreach, Balbin has distinguished himself as a trailblazer in academic and public health service.

He is the driving force behind Project K.A.L.I.N.G.A., a culturally grounded health initiative that has served over 3,400 individuals through nursing medical-dental missions, surgical outreaches, and blood donation drives. His work champions accessible, compassionate healthcare for underserved communities.

An active humanitarian and mentor, Balbin has served as a Youth Adviser for the Philippine Red Cross since 2015 and has contributed to shaping future nursing leaders through regional academic collaborations including community extension and outreach programs.

His dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including commendations from the Red Cross and the Armed Forces, underscoring his unwavering commitment to service, leadership, and community empowerment.
