Atty. Wilmark Javier Ramos, BS in Business Administration, Class of 2010, is a legal professional with a background in marketing management.

He currently serves as Vice President for Administration at a state university. With prior roles in research, innovation, business development, and student affairs, his career reflects a strong foundation in academic leadership.

He is also active in the legal profession serving as an Associate Lawyer in a law firm. He is also a member of various professional organizations.

A multi-awarded researcher and recognized as one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines – Cordillera in 2010, he continues to contribute to civic initiatives, voter education, and peace training programs. His work showcases a dedication to public service, innovation, and community empowerment.
