College of Arts and Sciences – BA Communication students, Maria Carmela Santos and Juliana Ray S. Rualo, earned top honors at the 2025 Philippine Media Advocacy Conference (PMAC) held in April 2025 at University of Santo Tomas.

Their compelling public service piece, “Inday? Sino ang Iboboto mo?”, won 1st Place in the Public Service Announcement category, showcasing their storytelling skill and social relevance.

Rualo further distinguished herself by winning 1st Place and Peopleโ€™s Choice Award in the Extemporaneous Teleprompter category, proving her excellence in both prepared and impromptu media performance.

With these achievements, the University was named School of the Year, cementing its reputation as a hub for communication excellence and media advocacy leadership.
