Paul Brian Tulioc Baldoza, BA Communication, Class of 2019, and UC Outstanding Student and Leadership Awardee, continues to make an impact as a creative professional and advocate.
He served as a Community Coordinator and HIV Psycho-Social Support Provider, drawing from his experience in health communication, youth engagement, and storytelling as a journalist and filmmaker.
Baldoza was named one of the 2024 Top 10 Outstanding Cordilleran LGBT Citizens and 2023 Outstanding Young Leader of the Year. He gained international recognitions for his award-winning short film โMiguel.โ
He also spearheaded community initiatives like Project RUGSAK, Project Care and Share, and Project Katha, Kulay, at Karamay. These projects focused on relief aid for vulnerable groups, support initiatives for marginalized communities, and art therapy.
He continues to champion HIV awareness, LGBTQIA+ rights, and youth development while mentoring future leaders for various advocacies and the arts.
