Topnotch alumni from UC College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) continue to make their mark nationally and globally, applying their expertise across industries.

Engr. Glenda Cabautan, now based in Colorado, USA, served as Vice President and Business Manager of a construction and development firm in La Union. She is actively involved in public health, infrastructure, and community service initiatives. She’s now serving as an educator.

Engr. Jonathan Balacdao successfully passed the U.S. licensure exams for engineers administered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). He contributes to projects involving procurement, and construction in oil and gas, life sciences, and infrastructure. His technical expertise includes bridge design, precast concrete construction, and global engineering standards. He is currently a Design Engineer at FLUOR, Philippines.

Engr. Timothy Nadoman contributes to sustainable water and sanitation solutions both locally and abroad, advancing engineering with a focus on social impact. He is serving as Senior Design Engineer/ Engineering Services Associate Manager in Manila Water Infratech Solutions.
