Shayne Klarisse E. Dinamling, a faculty member of the College of Teacher Education(CTE), was one of only six selected delegates from the Philippines to participate in the Technology and Innovation Seminar of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Academy at Fulbright University Vietnam. The seminar was held in May 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Chosen from among hundreds of applicants across the ten ASEAN member countries and Timor-Leste, Dinamling joined 35 fellows in a weeklong engagement focused on AI Literacy and AI Governance. The seminar brought together creatives, changemakers, entrepreneurs, and policy builders to explore key issues such as AI Governance for Business Leaders, The Future of Teaching and Learning, AI’s Impact on Careers, and Entrepreneurship in the Age of AI.

Participants also collaborated in designing and proposing an AI-powered product or program intended for cross-border implementation.
