The University honored outstanding educators for their excellence in teaching and community engagement during its 79th Founding Anniversary celebration on June 19, 2025.

Deuel Raynon D. Ladia of the Senior High School Department and Jonathan C. Iglesias of the College of Teacher Education received the Teaching Excellence Award, while Shayne Klarisse E. Dinamling of CTE was awarded the Excellence in Community Engagement and Partnerships.

Their contributions reflect UC’s commitment to innovative instruction, civic responsibility, and meaningful academic impact.
