The University reaffirmed its leadership in innovation at the AI.DEAS for Impact 2025 competition, held at Newtown Plaza Hotel in August 2025. Organized by DICT-CAR and the ICT Industry Development Bureau under the SET PH program, the event brought together 11 finalist teams from across the Cordillera Region to showcase AI-driven solutions for social impact.

UC fielded four teamsโ€”three of which earned top recognitions:

๐Ÿฅ‰ Team Zenith clinched Second Runner-Up and Most Promising Prototype for their AI-powered health platform that digitizes patient records and expands access to care.

๐Ÿ…Tarana.ai took Third Runner-Up with their real-time itinerary generator designed to ease tourist congestion and spotlight hidden travel gems.

๐ŸŒ Team Cre8tive Sync won the Community Impact Award for their mobile-based AI tool that detects eye diseases, making diagnostics more accessible.
