The University of the Cordilleras proudly hosted the 56th PAGE Annual National Convention and General Assembly on September 4-6, 2025, with the theme โ€˜Advancing Philippine Graduate Education Through Artificial Intelligence.โ€™ PAGE National President Dr. Lino C. Reynoso delivered the statement of purpose, setting the tone for collaboration and innovation. The assembly likewise underscored the homecoming of CHED-CAR Regional Director Dr. Jimmy G. Catanes, marking his return to the Cordillera where he once served as Education Supervisor.

The convention focused on integrating AI in education from distinguished speakers, most notably the keynote address delivered by Dr. Dodjie Maestrecampo, President of Mapรบa University, who presented AI and the Future of Learning at the Graduate Level. This was followed by the workshop on Graduate Learner Experience Design and Assessment using AI Tools and Resources, facilitated by Dr. Edizon Fermin, member of the CHED Technical Panel for Graduate Education and PAGE Technical Adviser. UC President Dr. Nancy M. Flores delivered the welcome message and presented UCโ€™s AI initiatives in Research, Innovation, and Assessment.

In addition, the program showcased dynamic paper and poster presentations that fostered scholarly exchange, strengthened partnerships, and reimagined the future of graduate education in the Philippines. The election of incoming set of PAGE National Officers was also conducted and PAGE-CAR President Dr. Ramir S. Austria, Dean of UC-CTE was elected as a National Board Director.
