Grade 7 to Grade 10 Junior High School (JHS) students explored the wonders of nature through a Community-Based Learning activity at the Botanical Garden, Baguio City, on October 2, 2025, as part of the Science and Math Month 2025 culminating event and the Universityโ€™s JHS Innovation Program.

The activity allowed students to apply their classroom knowledge in real-world settings. They observed and identified various plant species, gathered and analyzed scientific data, and explored the ecological and mathematical aspects of their environment.

Through hands-on exploration, students deepened their appreciation for biodiversity, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
