Students from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) cooked up a victory at COCOLINARYA TURISMO 2025, clinching the Champion title in the national competition Coco Restaurant of the Region, held in September 2025 in Mandaluyong City, Manila.
The UC team not only brought home the top honor but also swept major special awards, showcasing exceptional skill and artistry in the culinary arena.
