BS Hospitality Management students from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) represented the University at the Cocolinarya Turismo โ€“ Coco Restaurant of the Region National Competition held in September 2025 in Mandaluyong City, Manila.

The delegates demonstrated their expertise across various categories, including culinary arts where they crafted dishes highlighting coconut as the main ingredient, fine dining table setup inspired by coconut products infused with Cordilleran accents, as well as wine presentation and dining service.

The student participants were mentored by faculty coaches Chef Laarni Lourdes B. Andam, Mr. Paolo S. Binoya, and Ms. Liezle B. Tomaag. Supporting the team were dedicated competitor assistants Zeira C. Tamayo, Josh Raven B. Sawal, and Dan Kyle B. Guinalot.
