UC, through its Center for Social Responsibility (CSR) and Project H.E.L.E.N., led by Dr. Rhodora A. Ngolob, Vice President for Administration and Student Services, turned over assorted books to the City Government of Baguio on October 27, 2025, at the Baguio City Hall.

In partnership with the UC Barristersโ€™ Club and with generous support from Children International Philippines, Inc. (CIPI), the initiative aimed to foster a culture of learning and create a more conducive educational environment for learners in the city.

The formal turnover was highlighted by the signing of the Deed of Donation with City Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong, covering a total of 502 assorted books for Grades 3 to 6, amounting to $23,475.84.
