Architecture students from the UC College of Architecture and Fine Arts have secured โฑ1 million in seed funding from the Liwliwa ya Sursuro Youth Innovation Incubation Program to redesign a community park at Engineerโs Hill.
The team include Kzy C. Ayan, Jushual Johann A. Cariรฑo, Hannah Shane O. Kiyawan, Russel A. Omolida, and Wade Frenzel K. Torcuan.

Guided by mentors Ar. Rojayne Sibayan of CAFA with Belle Mila of CYC and Ar. Krsh of SIGLATโBaguio Youth Innovation Hub, the group champions a vision rooted in creativity, community-centered urban design, sustainable design innovation, and partnerships, focusing on SDG 4, 9, 11, AND 17.
The Liwliwa ya Sursuro 2.0 Baguio Youth Innovation Challenge Pitch Awarding was held on November 22 at the Baguio Multipurpose Hall, Baguio City Hall.
