BS Criminology Interns visited Pinsao National High School to conduct an Information, Education, and Communication activity with junior and senior high school learners on December 3, 2025. The interns opened conversations on key youth welfare concerns, ranging from bullying to substance-related risks, issues that continue to shape the realities many students face today.
The discussions created space for honest dialogue, encouraging students to reflect on real situations they encounter in and beyond their classrooms. The conversations highlighted informed decision-making, personal accountability, and awareness of risks that often go unrecognized.
By bringing these discussions into the learning space, the interns reinforced a school environment where safety, empathy, and responsibility guide the everyday experiences of every student.
This initiative supported several Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) by promoting safer learning spaces, informed youth engagement, and empowered communities.
