HUMSS students Micko Angelo F. Madrid and Kleiza Sam B. Masalay were recognized for their outstanding performance at the 2025 Palarong Panlungsod in Baguio City. Their pivotal contributions led their volleyball team to a championship victory, earning gold medals in the tournament.

In addition to the team’s success, Madrid was honored with the Best Libero award in the Secondary Boys Category for his exceptional defensive skills and consistent performance throughout the competition.

Through their teamwork, discipline, and dedication during both training and competition, the students demonstrated excellence in sportsmanship and athletic ability. Their achievements not only highlight their hard work and commitment but also bring pride and honor to the University.
