Two students from UC College of Business Administration (CBA) emerged as standout digital creators after securing spots in the Top 10 Content Creators of the Beauty for a Better Life E-Beauty Advisor Program, culminating in a graduation ceremony on March 9, 2026.
BSBA Marketing Management student Mikkie Joy Balisong and BS Entrepreneurship student Grayle Emerald Tayaban earned recognition for producing compelling and impactful beauty content, marking them as rising voices in the digital entrepreneurship space.
The six-week program, implemented through a partnership among the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), L’Orรฉal Philippines, and SPARK! Philippines, equipped participants with industry-relevant skills in content creation, beauty care, financial literacy, and responsible consumption.
A total of 267 participants completed the training, designed to prepare aspiring entrepreneurs for opportunities in the growing beauty and wellness sector.
Held in celebration of National Womenโs Month, the initiative also underscored the vital role of women in shaping digital economies where creativity meets commerce, and stories, told through screens, become livelihoods.
