A total of 11 pre-service educators from UC College of Teacher Education — 5 in the elementary level, 4 in secondary education, and 2 in Physical Education — are heading to Universitas Katolik Indonesia Santu Paulus Ruteng for a 30-day internship.

This overseas practicum is part of UC’s Student Teacher Exchange Program in partnership with Universitas Katolik Indonesia Santu Paulus Ruteng, as part of their engagement with the Southeast Asian Ministers Organization’s (SEAMEO) SEA-Teacher Project, providing future teachers with valuable cross-cultural classroom experience and opportunities to strengthen their pedagogical skills in an international and 21st century classroom setting.

Their internship is set to commence on June 30 and end on July 29, 2025.
