Forty adopted scholars from Camp 7 Elementary School of the Project H.E.L.E.N. Adopt-A-Scholar Program received educational assistance on February 3, 2022, in a ceremony that exemplified the program’s dedication to literacy development and reading comprehension. Their kits include school supplies and wellness packs.

This life-changing project became a reality through the unwavering commitment of the partners and sponsors of U.C. Project H.E.L.E.N. Over the years, this program has provided invaluable support to 380 students, helping them complete their primary education. It continues to offer assistance to needy pupils with exceptional academic performance.

The heart of the Project H.E.L.E.N. Adopt-A-Scholar Program beats to the rhythm of empowerment through education. It has consistently paved the way for these students to break free from poverty, opening the doors to quality education and a chance to pursue their dreams. The transformation witnessed from 2010 to 2022 is nothing short of profound. Once needing assistance, these students have now evolved into future leaders, innovators, and contributors to society.

In addition to providing school supplies and wellness packs, the scholars’ miscellaneous fees were paid in full, further reducing the financial burden on their families. A storytelling session was held for the students to enhance literacy development and reading comprehension, igniting their love for reading.
