31 members of the Itogon Indigenous People’s Organization (IIPO) participated in the Training on Needs Analysis conducted by the University of the Cordilleras Project H.E.L.E.N. in collaboration with SN Aboitiz Power-Benguet on June 16, 2023, in Tuding, Itogon, Benguet.
Facilitated by UC’s College of Business Administration and College of Arts and Sciences, the training analysis aimed to assist IIPO in identifying the training needs necessary to enhance the capabilities of the indigenous people, ensuring their empowerment and progress in the future.
