31 members of the Itogon Indigenous People’s Organization (IIPO) participated in the Training on Needs Analysis conducted by the University of the Cordilleras Project H.E.L.E.N. in collaboration with SN Aboitiz Power-Benguet on June 16, 2023, in Tuding, Itogon, Benguet.
