The University of the Cordilleras congratulates Alona B. Concepcion, a Bachelor of Special Needs Education graduate, Class of 2026, for being named one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the PhilippinesโCordillera Administrative Region.
The regional search is conducted through the Outstanding Students of the Cordillera Administrative Region (OSCAR) Alumni Community, Inc., which recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in academics, leadership, community involvement, and other areas of achievement.
Concepcion received the recognition on October 4, 2026, in Baguio City, representing UCโs College of Teacher Education.
