Congratulations, Clarito De Francia, Doctor of Philosophy in Language Education, presently English Language Studies, Class 2002, for winning Third Prize for Short Story in Ilokano during the 71st Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature.

The awarding ceremonies was held in November 2023 at PICC, Pasay City, Philippines.
