The University of the Cordilleras congratulates Dr. Ramir S. Austria and Dr. Thelma D. Palaoag on being recognized among the Top Outstanding Members of the Private Education Retirement Annuity Association Fund (PERAA) for 2026.
Dr. Austria, Dean of the College of Teacher Education and Coordinator for ETEEAP, was recognized with First Place in the Academic Head category.
Dr. Palaoag, Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Institutional Planning, received Third Place in the Administrative Head category.
