Lorie Jane S. Regines, BSBA Digital Marketing, class of 2026, successfully completed the SPARK Technical Training program and received the Most Promising MSME Award from the Department of Information and Communications Technology Cordillera Administrative Region (DICT-CAR) through the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) and the SPARK Program in September 2026.
Regines earned the Most Promising MSME Award during the Social Media Marketing 2.0 A Paradigm Shift in AI-Powered Interaction for MSMEs training, held in August 2026.
The award recognized her potential to transform innovative ideas into meaningful opportunities, embrace AI-powered strategies, and drive digital growth.
She also completed coursework focusing on social media content creation and branding.
Regines earned these distinctions while pursuing her degree at the University of the Cordilleras College of Business Administration.
