From July 6 to 31, 2026, UC hosted Dr. Elmer-Rico Mojica, a Balik Scientist from Pace University in New York City, who shared his expertise in strengthening the University’s undergraduate and proposed graduate programs, conducting specialized workshops on advanced scientific instrumentation, including Gas ChromatographyโMass Spectrometry (GC-MS), and mentoring faculty and students in research and scientific publication.
The recognition highlights UC’s continued commitment to advancing scientific education, research, and innovation through collaborations with Filipino scientists based abroad.
