The University of the Cordilleras (UC) has made its debut in the QS World University Rankings: Asia 2027, placing in the 1,501+ rank band among 1,722 universities across Asia. The rankings were released by global higher education analyst Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) on November 3, 2026.
In its first inclusion, UC ranked 29th among Philippine higher education institutions (HEIs) included in the rankings. It also secured 238th place in South-Eastern Asia, marking its entry into the regional rankings.
The recognition reflects UC’s continuing commitment to academic quality, internationalization, research innovation, and graduate employability, while strengthening its visibility among higher education institutions across Asia.
UC’s debut in the regional rankings follows its recognition under the QS Stars Rating System, where the university earned a 3-Star Rating in October 2025.
