UC was ranked as the 140th most innovative Higher Education Institution in the world out of 4,866 entries from 1,253 universities across 87 countries, according to the 2025 World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) Global Top 400 Innovative Universities Ranking.

This distinction reflects UC’s forward-thinking approaches to research and pedagogy, as well as its contributions to the advancement of its immediate community.
