Atty. Juan L. Esnara, a 1998 Bachelor of Laws graduate, has been elected as the new mayor of the Municipality of Tublay, Benguet.

In recognition of this milestone, a delegation from UC led by Dr. Rhodora A. Ngolob, Vice President for Administration and Student Services, paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Esnara’s office.

The visit reaffirmed the University’s commitment to deepening its long-standing partnership with the municipality, particularly in advancing meaningful community engagement initiatives.
