The University took part in the opening of the 37th National Disaster Resilience Month on July 1, 2025, led by the City Government of Baguio through the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.

Representing the University, officers from the Occupational Safety and Health Office joined the motorcade and tree-planting activity at Arboretum Park. Their participation highlighted the importance of environmental protection as a proactive disaster risk reduction measure.
